Position Location Overview Requirements
Level II Computer Repair Technician Houston, TX GALIDE’s level II repair technicians audit, inspect, diagnose, assemble, repair and reconfigure laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and other IT hardware.
  • This is physical position, so you must be able to stand for most of the day
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with Softthinks or Blancco, IQReseller, and Phonecheck
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • BIOS configuration and upgrade utilities
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to configure, maintain and upgrade Apple products, PCs and Chromebooks
Partnership Development Representative Remote GALIDE’s partnership development representative is responsible for generating new partnerships with schools and enterprises by prospecting and setting appointments with qualifying leads.
  • Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Experience prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo
  • Ability to manage pipeline and tasks in Salesforce
  • Proven track-record exceeding quota as an appointment setter or similar role
  • Experience managing cold email campaigns using SEP (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • A professional and courteous disposition
