Where the belief came from
Galide's recovery mindset began before the company existed.
Galide's founder learned the recovery mindset in a family textile business built around a practical question: what still has value, and where should it go next? When the business had to adapt, secondhand clothing was sorted by material, condition, and potential use. Some could be resold. Some belonged in another market. Some could move into further reuse channels. The work demanded judgment—not assumptions.
